How is it that I waffled a long list of foodstuffs before I got around to waffling this cheese? I have no idea. And I'm not proud. But waffled cheese is here now and that's what matters. Let's not dwell on the unwaffled past.
Speaking of the past, I resisted getting on Instagram for a while because ... Well, I'm not sure why. I'm on Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter. Did I think Instagram was going to push me over some sort of social media cliff? Was it a phobia of square photographs? I don't know. I think it was just the inertia of inaction.
Then I read that Instagram is one of the largest social networks — I think No. 3, right behind Facebook and humanity.
So now I'm on Instagram. And I like it!
I should have done it sooner.
Just like the cheese.
